A fine coffee that takes us to the valley of rubies. Both sweet and floral, blending the nougat, white chocolate and jasmine, the coffee is characterized by a subtle acidity. Nat Coffee is privileged to be the first company to export this exclusive coffee jewel. We offer a journey of sensual and captivating flavors.
Thiha Gyawalie is not only the winner of the Myanmar National Cupping Competition in 2017, but also one of the youngest coffee producers (23) in the country. His family members have been growing coffee for the past 14 years without making profit of it. However, when Thiha Gyawalie was assigned as Managing Director of the family business Arrow Brothers two years ago, he changed some handling of processing. The coffee quality rapidly improved and Arrow Brothers obtained an international organic certification.
Thiha Gyawalie and his family cultivate about 65 acres of coffee and tea. His farm is situated in Mogok (Mandalay), an area that remains closed for tourists and foreigners. Mogok is particularly known for its gems, among others for the most expensive Sunrise ruby that was auctioned in Geneva in 2015.
